Yes. All compressed sofas and compressed sofa beds are designed, manufactured, compressed, and shipped directly from the nondoSofa factory.

Can NONDO SOFA compressed products be customized?

Yes. Subject to NONDO SOFA’s manufacturing processes, technical capabilities, and available material options, each product can be customized according to the customer’s requirements and preferences.

However, some products may have limitations regarding their design, materials, or dimensions. Therefore, every customization request must be reviewed by our technical team. We will make every effort to match the requested finish and texture, but an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

For orders using customer-specified velvet, cotton, linen, or other fabrics, NONDO SOFA will begin production only after all materials have been received, inspected, and approved. The production lead time will be calculated from the date on which all required materials are received and confirmed.

Can I purchase a NONDO SOFA sample kit? What is your sample policy?

Business customers, including wholesalers, buyers, distributors, and retail stores, may purchase samples directly from us. The sample cost will be returned through percentage-based credits applied to subsequent orders until the full sample-order amount has been credited back.

For first-time business customers, regardless of the initial order quantity or value, the full purchase amount of the first order will be returned through percentage-based credits applied to subsequent orders until the entire initial order amount has been credited back.

All changes to custom furniture orders must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, change requests cannot be accepted because the furniture may have already entered the initial production stage. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Most of our products ship quickly. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email and provide the estimated restocking date. You may cancel the order, select an alternative product, or wait for delivery—the choice is entirely yours.
